talking head
the results of my little filming session with the mutual of omaha aha moment folks were posted yesterday afternoon. my reactions to seeing myself on video are always twofold:
- i can’t believe this is what i look like, sound like, act like, etc.
- i’m so glad my friends and family accept me anyway.

I think your friends accept you for what you believe in, what you say (not how you sound), what you see (not what you look like) and how you act. You are a great representative of a thoughtful human life. Keep up the good work.

I love it! No one likes their recorded voices – I think you sounded great!

LOVED it!
Agreed, anytime I hear my voice recorded it blows my mind. I just don’t sound like that in my head!

You looked, sounded, were (ARE!) great. My perspective on your voice is that I don’t hear enough of the wonderful southern accent any more. So I loved listening. Well done!

i think you did great. being a talking head is an artificial set-up, and you are more animated in real conversation, with give and take and people to play off of, but you did a beautiful job of articulating your chosen path. i love your creative approach to living and gain so much from being your friend and having how you live your life as an ongoing inspiration.
